Who is processing your payment?

When you make a payment on the Internet you may see the name Adyen or AdyenPayments.com on your statement. What does this mean?

• Adyen is a Netherlands-based payment processing company. For our merchants (companies who have a web shop on the Internet) we make sure that their customers (such as yourself) can pay reliably and safely on the Internet.

So, despite the fact that sometimes the name Adyen appears on your statement, your money will go to the web shop where you have been shopping.

When you have any questions about your payment or the order please contact the web shop directly. Adyen cannot refund your payment or reverse the transaction. Only the web shop can do this. The name of the web shop can be seen on your statement.
